I had to replace a 30 year old roof and contacted several roofing companies. Salus Exteriors had a very impressive proposal, extremely reasonable with the price, and were extremely professional. Juan went over and explained the entire process step by step, including the prep before and the cleanup after. Juan made sure all landscaping was protected and the pool was tarped. All workers were fast, efficient, and courteous. Juan was on site and personally inspected during and after the job to ensure everything was done correctly. I am meticulous with any work being done in my house but Juan kept up to it. He was patient with granting what I requested to be done and the team cleaned up the area once the job was complete. I contacted Salus roofing and they quickly came out to assess my roof. Juan provided many photos including drone footage. When we decided a replacement was needed it was done very quickly and my mother is happy with the new roof. They did a good job cleaning everything up.
